Hello, hope this is alright, I checked the rules.

I need to part with my copy of Poison. I got it signed at Yaoi Con. It comes with the anketto, the "library card", and the obi although it's a wee bit damaged. Pics under cut...

The book is in great condition. No scuffs, no tears on the cover, the spine isn't broken, no pages are dog eared, etc. My parakeet got a hold of the obi and nibbled on it; birds do not have spit so it's clean. Parakeets are basically living paper shredders. The cover is unmolested.

Anketto/"library card":

Asking $25 before shipping. Paypal direct payment is preferred although I'll consider other things. I will ship international. However, I am absolutely not responsible for any lost packages. If you live in the US, I will track it for an extra $1. Also if you're in the US, I can do cheapo media mail. Overseas people, ask for a quote please. If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can pick it up. Thanks!

My LJ feedback; my Ebay feedback.

PS: Also selling a Lily Hoshino artbook as well.

Alrighty. To send it first class is $14, and to send it priority is $17. The artbook is about the size of A4 paper and has some weight to it because of the quality of paper. Please let me know what you think~

Well, that doesn't make much difference if I look at the prize. ^^
Is first class standard shipping and priority will arrive sooner? (Sorry I'm not that much into those informations)
By the way, I adore your bird. =) My cat is also a living paper shredder. XD

I would recommend priority. It will get there faster, which means less chance it'll get lost in transit. If you'd like to go through with it, my Paypal address is rockspopsroses at gmail dot com.

I have three birds, and they're paper shredders too! I had to move lots of my books into the living room. Here's Dio and Mr. Bird, and this is Annabella.<3.

Hm, yeah. And those 3$ doesn't make any difference. ^^
I have to send the money first to my paypal account before I can pay with it. Currently it's on my normal bank account.
I will let you know when I transfer it and sending you my adress in a private message.
Your birds are so beautiful. Their colors are great, I never saw a bird like Dio before, those colors are unique.
And Mr. Bird has a nice pattern. The bride colors on Annabella are cute. <3

On Paypal, you can send money by going to the Send Money tab, and click "Send Money Online". If you don't have it transferred yet, Paypal might give you an option to withdraw directly from your bank account. Either way, I'm patient.
Thanks for giving his artbook a new home!

Thanks for the comments on my birds <3 I wanna see a picture of your cat now~

I will send the money first to paypal, because it works better for me.
How much does it cost in total?
I just realized that I don't know the whole amount.
And sure. I love You Higuri's works. I almost collected all manga from her.
My first manga that I read was from her. =)
It's a pity that all the great artbooks and merchandise items are this rare in Germany.

You're welcome. I never had birds by my own, but they are beautiful.
My cat once catched one who flew by accident in our house.
I was badly shocked and thought she killed it.
Fortunately it was sitting on my cupboard with a huge shock but unharmed, except for some lost feathers. ^^
I picked up my cat which was lying on my bed (starring at the bird) and opened the window so the bird could escape. It took more than a hour that it calmed down and flew through the window. I was so reliefed that it was alive. xD My cat is a damn good hunter.

Here she is:

Awww what a soft kitty! I want to pet her <3. My family is allergic to cats or else I'd probably have one.
It was good of you to let that poor bird go, it was probably really scared! Thanks to you, it had a lucky day. Your cat was probably wondering why you let dinner go, hahaha.

The total on the artbook is $42 USD ($25 + $17). I have sold a lot of yaoi (and Jrock) to Germany. When You Higuri came to Yaoi Con in 2005, I think, she signed a ton of things for American fans. I don't think she's come to Europe before, so I'm happy to send this artbook there. I'm going to the post office in two hours. If we miss it, I'll go Monday. Thank you!

Thank you. ^^
And yeah it was. I felt with it.
Hm, yes. Thanks to me it was saved that day.
My cat would have played with the bird until it died by a heartattack.
Totally. She didn't left the closed door of the room where the bird was and made a big nois.
I told her, that the bird will die when she continues with that.
It was already trembling. xD

Ah okay. Then I was right. ^^
I don't know either if she ever was on a convention in Europe.
I just now that she visited Germany for some research.
Did you read Ludwig II of her?
It's about a legendary king of bavaria.
I'm proud that I live in Bavaria where it plays and that a japanese mangaka draws about our history. That's just one of the reasons why I love her works, not to say that her artwork is truly amazing. I'm so glad I finally get an artbook from her. <3

Could you tell me your paypal adress via mail to: kara.moon177@hotmail.de

I feel so bad for that bird... birds can't take stress that well. They're very fragile creatures. Even with my birds, I have to check them for illnesses often because the smallest things can kill them. My friend told me that cats like to bring their owners dead animals as "presents", but it'd really be better if they didn't kill such harmless creatures...

I went ahead and e-mailed you my Paypal address. You sound like a very devoted fan. Maybe you should write Higuri a letter! I'm sure you can find someone to translate it. I haven't read Ludwig II yet... I am actually really behind on my manga! There's so much of it, it's easy to get buried @_@

Yeah they are fragile.
Your friend is quite right. Cats bring their bag to their owners as a kind of present to eat.
So in truth they are hunting for us and bring us their meal. xD
I'm not happy about that either. My cat already caught mice, frogs, bugs, birds and so on.
The mice survived as well as the bird and some bugs, all others were killed.
But it's part of having a cat. ^^

Well yeah I like her works. =) Same with Yuu Watase, Makoto Tateno, Youka Nitta, Mamiya Oki and some others. ^.^
I already started writing a letter. :)

I received your mail and will answer to it.
